Step aboard for a one-of-a-kind journey through Tybee Island’s rich history and coastal charm on May 3, 2025! The Trolley Tour of Homes offers an exclusive look inside some of Tybee’s most unique and historic properties, with two tour options available: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM.

Your ticket includes FREE entry to the Tybee Island Lighthouse, and tours will depart from and return to the Lighthouse. Participants may park in the public parking lots (please note: do not park in the Lighthouse parking lot).

This year’s tour features stops at incredible locations, including 1207 Lovell Avenue, 31 Officers Row, the Fresh Air Home, 14 8th Place, 1 Officers Row, the former Fort Screven Fire Station, and more! Plus, enjoy additional drive-by stops showcasing even more of Tybee’s architectural treasures.

Best of all, 100% of event proceeds will support the restoration of the former Fort Screven Fire Station, home to the Tybee Arts Association.
